This is my favourite dishes “Japanese Curry Braised Chicken Wings 日式咖哩燜雞翼”, a little sweetly and very good taste when you have no idea what to do.
Ingredients:
Chicken wings ~ 8pieces
Potato ~ 2 pieces
Japanese Curry ~ a half box
Onions ~ 1 piece
Water ~ 850 to 1000ML
Chicken wings seasoning:
Sugar ~ 1 teaspoon
Soy Sauce ~ 2 teaspoon
Pepper Powder ~ a few
Chinese Wine ~ 1 teaspoon
Corn Starch ~ 1 teapoon
Seasame oil ~ 3 to 4 drops
After 15-20min, we put all chicken wings to cooked incense.
Cooking:
1. Put Onions to cook + a few sugar to fired incense.
2. Put all chopped potato into Onions and fired mixing.
3. We adding 850 to 1000 ML water for boiling all potato to be soft, then closed the fire and put a half box Japanese curry and melted all curry blocks. Then open fire again and mixing.
Tips:
You can add coffee / chocolate / honey / chili after finished.It will be so amazing when you adding it.
