This is my favourite dishes one “ Hot Spicy Sauce with rice noodles”, in the COVID-19 or work from home this period, we have more time to make it delicious at home!

Ingredients:

Rice Noodles/Udon
Pork to minced meat - a small amount
Pickled cabbage - a small amount
Water～500ML
Seasoning:
Sichuan hot spicy sauce ~ 1 tbsp
Douban Sauce ~ 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce ~ 1 tsp
Oyster sauce ~ 1 tsp
Sugar - a small amount
Tips:
Fire minced meat + chopped pickled cabbage + all sauces mixed
After 2-5 minutes + water + Boiling
Finished, I love add more green onions for raise the tasty. Nice! Try try!
